Board of Directors Meetings
Board of Directors meetings are scheduled for the third Wednesday of every month at 7:30 pm. Meetings are held in the Board Room of Plaza South Association.
Staff Meetings
Staff Meetings are held every Friday at 10:00 am in the Board Room.

Your maintenance payments are due on the following dates:

Project Updates
Our building is referred to by many Galt Ocean Mile residents as the “Best on the Mile”. We are constantly restoring and upgrading the common elements in an effort to retain that title. Currently we have the following projects completed or ongoing.
Cooling Tower Project
The Cooling Tower Project was completed on June 26, 2009 enabling us to go forward with the second phase of the project which is to install a Drain Field in the north parking lot for the roof run off. This work is in the bid stage and should begin in early September and be completed by the end of October of 2009.
Catwalk Renovation Project
The Catwalk Renovation Project should begin in June 2010. The catwalk walkways will be repaired and a waterproof surface will be put on the walkway. The concrete walls will be removed and replaced with attractive aluminum railings. The residents approved this change of appearance by an overwhelming 85% in February 2009. This change will update the appearance of the building, provide a better view from the bedroom windows, reduce the weight imposed at the slab edge and allow water to drain from the walkways, require little to no maintenance, and increase the property values of the units.
